1. To retain the freshness of the products, we do not stock the products in bulk. Hence once the order is placed depending on its availability we would be shipping the product in 2-3 working days.
2. All orders placed before 5:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch on the same day and orders places post 5:00 pm will be dispatched on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.
3. Orders booked during any festival month might be a delay in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
4. Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.
5. The Customer can track their order on the courier company site by using the tracking number provided at the time of placing the order. The timings and days of delivery will be as per the policies of the Courier Company. 
6. Refund or replacement would be done based on the Refund and Replacement policy given on the cancellation-and-refund website.
7. In case of damage to the food items due to incorrect handling by the courier company or any other issues, please send us details of the damage with photographs immediately to Customer Service email ID sales@bgnaidusweets.com. A decision on the refund will be taken after reviewing by BG Naidu Sweets. We will be sending out food items well within the expiry date of the items, in case the shipment was delayed and the items have become old or are in bad condition, we can process a refund or reorder based on the customer’s preference. No claims can be made for a refund for any other reasons.
8. Requests to change addresses received by e-mail and/or telephone will only be allowed until such time as the product/products are not dispatched. If the shipment of your order has commenced, the delivery location/address cannot be changed or canceled. Please verify the address on the order confirmation e-mail that is sent to your registered e-mail address confirming receipt of your order with us and contact us immediately if there is a discrepancy in the delivery address details.

The cost of shipping is INR 50 / KG for Tamil Nadu and INR 70 / KG for Kerala and Bangalore. For orders above INR 500, shipping charges will be free.
